Two Owner Search Reports - Research the property records on two owners i.e. the prior owner and present owner to provide details including Vesting Deed, Taxes, Property Assessments, Open Mortgages, Active Judgments and any other Active Liens
Legal & Vesting Report - Covers the following details on the subject property covering property address and location information with full legal description as per the current vesting Deed and present status of the property taxes.
Owners and Encumbrance Report - Covers the owners of record and the holder of any mortgage, tax lien or other encumbrances of record on the property.
